De'verge Sabrey is a half human Dragon. 6'8 tall, he wears a dented but sparkling armour plate over his torso his scales are a reflective emerald green. His fiery eyes give him excellent vision in both night and day and he has a great sense of smell but his hearing is lacking. De'verge Sabrey, or DarkSabre to his friends, rarely carries any weapons as his claws and teeth are more than deadly enough. Occasionally he does wield a sword. Apart from the alloy of the blade the sword is nothing fancy, a plain sword without decoration and a simple hilt.
De'Verge Sabrey started his life human. After a tragic incident where his family was killed when he was a child he had no choice but to pursue a life of crime in order to survive. After a few successful robberies in his later life De'Verge decided to steal an ancient religious artifact from a monastery, however he underestimated the monks and the power of the artifact he managed to escape with and was transformed to a half Dragon. He then decided to cease is pursuit of wealth for a more honorable existence. De'Verge Sabrey is generally good tempered, but he does take insults to heart, especially those about his genetic heritage.
De'Verge has been relaxing
recently after a quest he traversed upon paid back well. He has been around
the inn much more often trying to make friends with the regular patrons.
The metal that Sabrey's sword
is made of is a curious alloy in that seems to absorb rather then reflect light
and give of a negative wavelength. This gives his sword an eerie negative reflection
across its blade. Some people claim the sword to be magical but others more
experienced in the magical arts have explained it as just a trait of the metal.
